Landlords run a credit and background check. I'll help you prepare and present your application in the best possible light.

Sign the Lease & Move In!

Review the lease carefully before signing. I'll help you understand every clause. Then it's time to get your keys!

What You'll Need

💵 Income Requirement

Your total household/family income must be 2.5x to 3x the monthly rent. For example, if the rent is $1,500/month, your household income should be between $3,750 and $4,500/month.

💰 Move-In Funds Required

Depending on the property you choose, move-in costs will be either:

Option A: First month + Last month + Security Deposit (3 months upfront)

Option B: First month + Security Deposit (2 months upfront)

I'll let you know which applies to the specific home you choose.
